is there a quest unlocking legion "uniting the isles" skip for alt?

There is a second version of uniting the isles in Legion that can be completed without having max level and reputation requirements met once you did the original quest once. Do you know if that is tracked with a hidden quest or by achievement?

cant tell anything about that, didnt lvl an alt for through legion yet

I have seen the "switch" during Legion:Remix as well, lost the data unfortunately. :)
