Let user choose output format : HCL, JSON, Bicep, ...

Currently output script are (by default) written using HCL. In the form user should be able to choose his/her preferred format for IaS like JSON, HCL, Bicep, ...

PS : I already post this idea but I rewrite it because I think previous was not really clear.
