Package Nubesgen CLI as Winget or other package type (Linux flavors and Mac)

installing and finding  the CLI 

**Describe the solution you'd like**
To drive more usage of the CLI, i suggest to add it to Winget (or similar package manger) as an easier installer. this will improve adoption as you do not need to do an invoke-webrequest, also it's a more trusted way
