Request for SSRS Authentication Integration with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD)

We are currently using SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS). Our frontend application is built in Angular and already supports Single Sign-On (SSO) using Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD).
We would like to achieve seamless SSRS login using Entra ID authentication, without requiring any other authentication.

Our goal is:

1. Enable SSRS access via Microsoft Entra ID authentication (modern OAuth2/OIDC tokens).
2. Support Angular SSO (Entra ID login) so that users authenticated in Angular can access SSRS reports without re-authentication.
3. Ensure user-level authorization and proper identity tracking in SSRS logs when accessed through Entra ID.

Questions / Assistance Required:

• Does SSRS support Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) authentication natively?
• Any official guidance or roadmap for SSRS + Entra ID integration?

Current Setup:

• SSRS 2019 on-premises
• Reports embedded in Angular application
• Angular app already uses SSO with Microsoft Entra ID
