Since #383 the parsing of external datasets for each country is stricter, and it made apparent the fact that we do not have the urban unit category for some cities (about 10 - 20). The problem comes from non aligned official ids between the reference datasets that we use and the urban unit category classification, which was done earlier.
The fix would be to match old and new ids. That's going to be fairly complicated so I think we can just assume the missing cities are all "rural", because that's where most city merges or changes happen ?
