Test the traces extractor pipeline with ZMW movies

As a developer
I want to check the traces extractor pipeline with ZMW movies
So I can confirm this is working with these types of data

Additional information

The ZMW movies are slightly different that the coverslip ones: less background noise, increased signal. We want to confirm the traces extractor pipeline is working well with these data too.

To be done

• get ZMW raw movies or send them to Bastien
• run the JP notebook Traces_extractor_pipeline.ipynb (from the codes repo) with these ZMW
• provide the outputs and feedbacks as comments below
