When I check the quality of each individual traces
Then I want to visualize the DD + DA sum signal alongside of the other plots
So I can check the stability of the donor / acceptor pair
Additional information
The stability of the DD + DA signal is expected for a good quality trace (before photobleaching of one of the species). We want to quantify this stability and use it as a quality score metric.
