As a user
When I check the traces
I want to be able to automatically detect the blinking events from the DD and AA channels
So I can decide if I keep the trace and remove it from the analysis
Additional information
We would ideally remove all traces displaying blinking events, but as this is a common feature of smFRET signals, we accept a low level of blinking events in the full trace. We might consider to keep the trace if its blinking time is less than 5% of the total FRET length duration (threshold taken from the smFRET internal manual).
To be noticed: we only care about blinking events that occur during the FRET section of the signal (we don't care if it happens after donor or acceptor photobleaching)
