As a user
When I have a dataset of traces
Then I want to be able to view each traces through a GUI
So I can inspect them and select the most suitable ones for the downstream analysis
Additional information
As the current pipeline involves a manual checking of each traces one by one, to select the most qualitative ones, we need a graphical user interface (GUI) to easily navigate through the traces dataset. We need some filter based on signal quality metrics (SNR, stationarity of the signal, etc.) to speed up the checking by automatically filtering the bad quality ones. We need a tool through the GUI to select the traces that passed the quality check, select the relevant part of the signal (before photobleaching) and save a high quality traces subdataset.
