Allow the Use of Typescript or Javascript to set application

Addition of Typescript support for Express application.

Describe the solution you'd like

• First, when the user starts the app, they will have to enter the framework.
• The next question should whether they need to use Javascript or Typescript
• Then now the other items such as database, etc are added.
