The same setup that we had for Weird should suffice. No need to dub it a "Contributor License Compromise" this time, but we will still dual-license all external PRs for non-exclusivity:
Independent contributions (i.e., individual pull requests) from anyone other than the Roomy team are dual-licensed as FSL 1.1 (granted to Roomy as the licensor) and Apache v2.
Thusly all independent contributors retain ownership of their contributions, albeit non-exclusively. In other words, your contributions belong equally to you as to the Roomy project.
Furthermore, as a consequence of FSL's Grant of Future License, all code releases older than two years are solely licensed as Apache v2, i.e. no longer under FSL.
