Billing plans?

I tried selecting a Billing plan "Small" in the dropdown. What are the prices? What is included for the different plans? Is this a WIP?

We are an organisation smigit with around ~50 repos and counting, that we need to link and combine with gh-pages markdown documentation for our devs to get a full overview...

We can't seem to make it get access to our organisation repo. What could be the problem (see #28)
