USB port not working (connect-debounce failed)

I noticed that the USB port of my Odroid-HC4 is not working. Neither USB keyboard nor USB hard drive nor USB-Sticks are working. I always get the following error in the journal:

That is a good point. I just tested the current Armbian images 26.8.1 using kernel 6.18.43 and with both of them the USB port is working without issues.
I tested a USB keyboard, which does not work with NCP.
