Enhancement request: remove requirement that argparse.bash be alongside scripts that use it

If the second line doesn't specify a directory when sourcing argparse.bash, then it can be installed somewhere on the user's path (/usr/local/bin, $HOME/bin), and does not need to be replicated in multiple places.
