Planned for development in stockplotr:

1. Generated for each major change; placeholder/template; modification to the SAR then review will be recorded here for reference in final documents
2. Catch - Recorded by fleet, gear type, sector (as applicable)

Note: figures and tables will need a strict "H" float for the executive summary because figures/tables will need to be placed in specific areas (tbl-pos and fig-pos R chunk options)
