Make adjustments to in-text citations and full references formatting in the cjfas.csl file where the type = {stockassessment} in a @techmemo bib citation type renders as:
Authors. Year. Title. Publishing office. # p. Accessible at [URL/DOI].
then in-text citations render as:
one author: ([author last name] year)
two authors: ([author1 last name] and [author1 last name] year)
three or more authors: ([author1 last name] et. al. year)
