Include risk tables in stockplotr? #298

@sbreitbart-NOAA PFMC CPS does not have risk tables. If you can create a standardized table that generally works for all, I think it's fine as long as we are able to turn that option off. |

Is a "risk table" the same as a "decision table"? If no, can you post an example risk table please. |

At PIFCS we don't really have any table like this in our reports |

The NW/SW groundfish stock assessments started including risk tables in 2025. Here is one example of how our tables were formatted. |

@chantelwetzel-noaa is correct that we use them on the west coast. (I think AFSC is the only other region that uses them.) However, they are written as plain text in csv files and do not involve any reproducible R code to produce. I do not think they should be added to stockplotr. |

For what it is worth, in our SAFEs it isn't a "real table" in that it is not labeled/numbered.
