Hello, thanks for your TeAr! It is the most musical of all the arpeggiators I've known. I guess it's the combination of its ability to specify patterns, the inclusion of Euclidean sequences into non-Euclidean arpeggio arrangements, and the "stick to the scale" philosophy augmented with possible alterations on specific steps that make it so uniquely useful to me.
I have a small suggestion and a larger one.

Small suggestion
Add the augmented scale. It is a 6-tone symmetrical scale with the structure [(m3, m2) x 3] so its semitone definition is
[0, 3, 4 7, 8, 11]. An alternate form can also be built starting with a semitone: [0, 1, 4, 5, 8, 9]. Like for the diminished scale, because of symmetry there is only a limited number of different augmented scales (only 12/3 = 4).

Larger suggestion
Let the user define their own scales. TeAr already provides plenty, but the user might want to create specific "scales", maybe limited to a small number of notes, just to obtain interestingly constrained pattern in some musical situations. For example, consider simple sets like [0, 7] - or [0, 7, 8] for an Aeolian tint. Also, think of altered pentatonics like [0, 4, 7, 8, 9], [0, 3, 4, 7, 9], or [0, 2, 4, 7, 8]: there are too many to mention and it's possibly better for the user to be able to specify them as needed, rather than picking from an already large list with names that are not standard. This suggestion might be implemented by loading/importing a simple text file with a scale definition, or by simply typing into a text box. The ability to save the scale(s) could also make sense.
