Erroneous peer dependency for react-router-dom

Describe the bug

This library only requires React itself to for it's core functionality (for example we use TanStack Router), however, the package.json specifies react-router-dom as a peer dependency here.

This means that default NPM behaviour will install React Router, despite it not being required.

Reproduction Steps?

Install the @okta/okta-react without a React Router project.

Additional Information

It may be appropriate to use peerDependenciesMeta and then mark this dependency as optional.

Is there a possibility to move this to React Router 8?

As of version 8 - react-router-dom is redundant in favour of importing most things from react-router. See below:

Revisiting this library, especially it's relationship with react-router is on our list. We probably won't jump straight to 8, as it was only just released. I imagine we will position the SDK to optionally consume react-router 7+
