[BUG] error when openning permanent(internal) link

[v-scharf]

against opencloud 7.0.0-rc.0 rolling

Steps to reproduce

1. share file to alan
2. create an internal link -> deleted feature but available in the app
3. error when opening link

Expected behavior

no option to create internal link
option permanent

Actual behavior

we don't support creating internal link anymore
links looks: https://cloud.talos.opencloud.rocks/s/fAYPLZGlBuBzozs -> created link
