Rework device tracking flow

The functionality to add a new device should be removed from the settings.
Instead of displaying the modal window it should be added to the 'My devices' menu.

Seems we need to rethink this whole flow. At the moment I don’t understand at all how this works :\ Can someone describe to me which steps you need to take now from start to finish? Then I can think about how to simplify.

Same problem as @jancborchardt
I remember, that I read something about using an android app and somehow integrate maps into it and vica versa. But this should definitely be straight-forward or at least explained.

Any idea how this works?

So is this still in 0.1 or should we add it to 0.2 (as discussed in #81)?

Since it's not understandable atm, we should comment it out for 0.1
