Enable libp2p Relay Support for NAT Traversal

Overview

Enable relay support to allow nodes behind firewalls/NAT to participate in the network. Currently disabled in configuration.

Implementation Tasks

• Remove libp2p.DisableRelay() configuration
• Add relay discovery and configuration
• Enable multi-hop connectivity for NAT traversal
• Support nodes behind firewalls/NAT
• Add relay server mode for well-connected nodes

Hi. We merged a new PR (#15) that changes NewPeer to receive the P2P host instead of creating it. This should make configuration more flexible, since the user of NewPeer now controls the P2P host creation. For example, the user could enable NAT traversal if desired.

The Relay Traversal is dissabled in the cmd/srv/ by libp2p.DisableRelay() but no in the CRDT or Peer. As such it should be possible to do nat traversal. Some minor testing might be needed to verify this.
