Support for emojis

In fpdf_test.go, there exists a TestMultiCellUnsupportedChar, indicating that you deliberately choose not to support emojis (or any Unicode over 65536). I'd like to know why is it decided so. And won't there be emoji-support in the future?

This issue was discussed at jung-kurt#255 and the original author failed to address it. Anyone got thoughts on fixing it?

We ran into this issue too with the PDF library we use (maroto/v2 which uses phpdave11/gofpdf). The explanation:

gofpdf sizes its CID font width table at a fixed 65536 entries (the Basic Multilingual Plane). When the rendered text contains a rune outside the BMP — code point ≥ U+10000, e.g. an emoji — generateCIDFontMap indexes past the end of that table and panics:

runtime error: index out of range [65536] with length 65536
... gofpdf.(*Fpdf).generateCIDFontMap (fpdf.go:4203)

Our workaround was to replace any rune > U+FFFF with the Unicode replacement character (�). It would be nice if emojis were supported, however.
