task: refactor PM configuration default to become production friendly

Overview

Current PM configuration across operators, charts and profile reflect a local-setup environment and are badly suited starting point for production environments. The goal of this task is to scan the PM landscape for such instances and improve the configuration by:

• change operator defaults to be production safe, e.g. disable default user creation in security-operator
• change chart values by removing badly chosen defaults, e.g. admin/password
• override all local-setup relevant parameters in the corresponding profile and PlatformMesh CR
• provide PRODUCTION-friendly profile and PM CR along some environment scripts to generate safe confugration during bootstrap
