Ensure Linux-based Hub-node Supports Fifth-Generation Instance-Types

Borrow the `GenFive` logic from the already-enabled cfn-jenkins project. Ensure:
* Presence of content in [`Conditions{}`](https://github.com/plus3it/cfn-Jenkins/blob/master/Templates/make_jenkins_EC2-Master-instance.tmplt.json#L32-L67) section.
* Presence content in [`Mappings{}`](https://github.com/plus3it/cfn-Jenkins/blob/master/Templates/make_jenkins_EC2-Master-instance.tmplt.json#L134-L143) section
* Presence of content in the `Properties{`[`BlockDeviceMappings`](https://github.com/plus3it/cfn-Jenkins/blob/master/Templates/make_jenkins_EC2-Master-instance.tmplt.json#L1373-L1391)`}` section
* Presence of content in the [`bootcmd`](https://github.com/plus3it/cfn-Jenkins/blob/master/Templates/make_jenkins_EC2-Master-instance.tmplt.json#L1490-L1510) part of the `UserData` section
* Presence of content in the [`mounts`](https://github.com/plus3it/cfn-Jenkins/blob/master/Templates/make_jenkins_EC2-Master-instance.tmplt.json#L1512-L1536) part of the `UserData` section
