JESD204 ransmitter replaces twice octet values on LSB with /F/, K28.7 in unscrambled configuration. The core does not corretly handle this at the moment. The "octet_align" module corretly sets the aligned_char_is_k28 mask, but the following descrambler module does not care of this signal. As a result, the 0xFC appears as "valid" data on the rx_data output.
