libjaylink submodule no more available ?

The submodule libjaylink at https://gitlab.zapb.de/libjaylink/libjaylink.git currently can't be reached. I don't know if this is the case since a long time... Anyone aware of the reason?

Seems to be regular and annoying... Maybe you should consider to fork?

The README says "Optional J-Link adapter driver needs libjaylink library." so maybe a better option is to just modify our configuration to exclude J-Link support, and then remove the libjaylink submodule from src/jtag/drivers/? 🤔

Or instead of a submodule this should be fetched only if the option is active. It depends if the purpose of this repository is to have a port for raspberrypi only, or if at some point we want to send back modifications to the upstream project?
If you only do the opposite, I mean updating this repository from the upstream, I may consider to propose such modification to the upstream project first, so that this repository can then retrieve it and benefit this modification.

That would be great, thanks! We'd much prefer to see this "fixed" upstream, than have to maintain a downstream patch.
