Support for .NET 10 in ReactiveUI.Maui

Hello team,

I want to confirm whether ReactiveUI.Maui currently supports .NET 10 as the .net 10 RC1 released and its almost production ready.
After updating my .NET MAUI project to target .NET 10, I started running into issues that weren’t present under .NET 9.

Observed Issues

1. Property Change / Service Locator

System.Exception: Could not find a ICreatesObservableForProperty for CustomerViewModel property DisplayName. This should never happen, your service locator is probably broken. Please make sure you have installed the latest version of the ReactiveUI packages for your platform. See https://reactiveui.net/docs/getting-started/installation for guidance.

2. View Activation on Android

3. Crash during Activity Launch

java.lang.RuntimeException: Unable to start activity ComponentInfo{com.mobile.client/crc6475d79c0ece8f1b6c.MainActivity}: java.lang.NullPointerException: Attempt to invoke virtual method 'java.lang.Object android.view.View.getTag(int)' on a null object reference

Questions

• Is ReactiveUI.Maui officially compatible with .NET 10 yet?
• If not, is there a roadmap or planned update for .NET 10 support?
• Do the errors above suggest a version mismatch, or are they expected until full support lands?

Additional Context

• Project was working fine under .NET 9 / MAUI with the latest ReactiveUI packages.
• Issues surfaced immediately after bumping the project target to .NET 10.
