As the various listing pages become longer, it would be nice to be able to see the page heading and action button(s) beneath the navbar from anywhere on the page.
Use Case:
Currently: Scroll all the way to the bottom of the lengthy log listing page, then scroll all the way back up to add a new log.
Proposal: Scroll all the way to the bottom of the lengthy log listing page, add a new log using the fixed header.
