Issue while building on SITL

Could someone please help in resolving this issue while executing this: make px4_sitl gz_x500 EXTERNAL_MODULES_LOCATION=$(cd .. && cd external_modules && pwd) RL_TOOLS_ROOT=$(cd ../../../ && pwd)

Error: /rl_tools/embedded_platforms/px4/external_modules/src/modules/rl_tools_policy/model.h:104:10: fatal error: rl_tools/containers.h: No such file or directory
