Proguard output doesn't always show up in the output window

Sometimes the warnings show up in the output window and stop the build prompting the user to fix the warnings. Other times the build succeeds but the warnings show up in the log.

Maybe some weird situation where one time the build succeeds and then another time it fails? Does it happen when you build the project or when you rebuild?

You could try rebuilding the project every time to see if it happens like that as well... (grasping at straws) might be that using regular build just leaves the project object files in some strange state and thus the warnings/errors appear if using regular build?
