feature: Create agent registration in Keycloak

Feature Description

I'd like to be able to test inbound connections more easily. I can test inbound connections when the client is already in the Keycloak, which I have been doing by using the Rossoctl web UI to deploy agents.

Proposed Solution

The CLI should create the needed Keycloak config when doing authbridge exec.
