Section 13 displays blank images only

No matter whether I'm using Emacs 24.3, 24.4, 24.5 or 25.0.50.1, I only get to see two blank images. I'm on Arch Linux and can display SVG images otherwise, on 25.0.50.1 even the embedding SVG demo, the others can deal with the inlining SVG demo as documented on debbugs.

I can confirm this on the Linux VM I'm currently using. I'll double check on my other machine (on which I've developed the package).

Didn't work. Perhaps I was using emacs 23, or an older version of librsvg.
