It looks like there is a project ongoing that has a lot of libraries we might need for toolkit:

I am especially interested in the http server, which has all of the platform covered.
Should we reach out and try to figure out how we can fit it into the toolkit?
Alternatively, we could make it an alternative toolkit similar to typelevel one.
