Consider laxing module version requirement

Hi,

We are currently running magnolia 6.1.4 and can't utilize the latest version of simple backup because it states dependency to magnolia-core @ 6.2. I think you could maybe use 6/* or some such version instead in module deps although you compile against 6.2.

Or do you know a way to workaround it? I think I could maybe use maven shade to replace the descriptor but would like to avoid that as I would need extra maven module for that.

Hi,

there was an API change in Magnolia between 6.1.4 and 6.2, which required the upgraded module dependency.
I will look into it more in detail, if I find the time.

Thanks for insight! We will probably migrate to 6.2 at some point so we'll manage with 1.0.1 until that or I could file a PR if I have the time to investigate my self.

FWIW This seems to have changed between 6.1.4 -> 6.1.5.
