Vice ide64 cart usbserver enable

I tried to get to work IDE64 pc-link usb server feature vice currently has with a command line:

c64d.exe -IDE64image1 ide64.img -c64 -IDE64USBAddress "ip4://127.0.0.1:64245" -c64 -IDE64USB -c64 -IDE64version 4.1 -c64

But only network address retrodebugger is listening to is: websockets at 3563

Would it be possible to support vice ide64 usbserver address 642654 as well?

This requires network support and will be added in upcoming build.

Note, "-IDE64version 4.1 " is not correct cmdline option, you should use "-IDE64version 1"
