Automate publish to winget

As I have seen, updating the winget package needs to be done manually.

Maybe the PR can be created automatically with a workflow action?

I was just about to post about this.
PLEASE YES!
I have been getting pop-ups for updating to version .37 all this last week, and winget still can't find a new version!
Either an auto-submitter to winget needs adding, or just a built-in app updater, as requested here: #1411

In this case the PR to winget is already created (manually I think) but is taking a while to be merged..
