Current behaviour
Comments and detailed descriptions do not appear for viewers without commenting rights when a card is opened.
Comments do not appear for commenters when a card is opened.
Desired behaviour
When a card is opened, the card's comments and descriptions should be displayed.
Steps to reproduce
Reader/Commenter opens a card and activities/comments section is not rendered.
Section only becomes visible if a comment,activity event fires live while the page is open
As a result, Reader and Commenter users cannot view existing comments/activities, nor perform any actions on them (commenting) except through this accidental trigger.
