Hi. Out LC-MS/MS service generated data using a sciex 6600 in swath acquisition mode. I checked the files with the rawdata viewer software and I realized about something weird. According to the MS-DIAL software,there appears to be no MS2 data in the spectra since I was unable to find red dots. This is consistent with the processing results since most of identification were "w/o MS2:".
Can anyone help me in order to understand what is going on with the data?
