Please update Readme

Hi @tavusion!
I love the look and feel of the screenshots in your Readme. I've been trying to get it set up in my vault, but I can't seem to get it to look like yours. Is there some sort of base theme you need? Without a theme there is no import in style settings (= step 3). Additionally, I can't seem to get the sidebar with settings, open another vault, etc, to be the color it is in the pictures.
If you could take a minute or two to update the readme or give me a more detailed explanation, I would greatly appreciate it!

I'm using California Coast as my base theme.

I'll create a vault from scratch and rewrite every step needed and update the readme based on that.

I actually made the list but realised that the upcoming v0.16 has major visual and theme level changes which might break it again. So I'll wait till that version is released.
