Hello, I'm looking to integrate my PHP application into uTorrent and your API seems to be the best and easiest to use, without me having to start from scratch. There is no licence listed under this project, so I am looking for permission from you to use this code in an open source project of mine.

Please do whatever you like with this code. It's only partially mine and I only put it on github for better visibility.
I hope you already chose to use this, would be a shame if you wrote it yourself because of my sluggishness.

No worries for the slow reply. Its been a while since I've worked on the project anyway. Ive been focusing on my university study for a few months.
