Expand user profiles and the who’s who page.
- Add the option to upload a profile pic
- create a new profile popover which appears when hovering over someone’s name. This shows a small user profile card with details about the user
- expand the who’s who directory to include the user’s profile pic
- for slots with the user’s name in mobile view, open a small action menu giving the user a choice of modifying the slot, or opening the profile.
