i tried to add this to my stoneblock 4 server to get apotheosis gems and gear but it didnt work it all still got scrapped...

Do you mean that apotheosis didn't drop any gems at all? Even when you kill something yourself?
Or was it not dropping when killed by e.g a Mob Masher?
