Add an option to hammer to pipe metrics to file

Description

Currently hammer UI mode prints metrics to terminal, which cannot be pipe to file (i.e. via tee). It will be great to add an option to pipe the metrics to a log (and at a configurable interval). This allows to users to build dashboards easily from the log without installing vidulization packages (e.g., Prometheus/Grafana)
