Scope
Add "Reset branch to here" from the commit context menu, supporting soft/mixed/hard modes. Hard reset must sit behind an explicit confirmation dialog warning about data loss.
Acceptance criteria
- Each reset mode moves HEAD/index/working-tree as expected for that mode.
- Hard reset requires an explicit confirm step (not just a single click) before executing.
