[TEST] Add Scans page bulk-delete failure coverage

Add regression coverage for failed bulk deletion on the Scans page.

Acceptance criteria

• Mock bulkDeleteTasks to reject.
• Assert the selected task rows remain visible.
• Assert in-app failure feedback is shown.

Hi @utksh1, I'd like to work on this issue under GSSoC'26 if it's still available.

Approach:

• Mock bulkDeleteTasks to simulate a failed bulk-delete operation.
• Verify that the selected task rows remain visible after the failure.
• Assert that appropriate in-app error feedback is displayed.
• Keep the changes focused on regression test coverage and ensure existing tests continue to pass.
