Indoor routes

Description

Valhalla has basic indoor routing capabilities, including output that helps displaying multi-level routes. I wonder if we could integrate this a little better to highlight what Valhalla is capable of. The most important aspect of this would probably be showing indoor tiles that let you visualize things by level. I recently found out about indoor=¹, a project to achieve exactly that: vector tiles for indoor maps, they also have a public viewer for the whole planet².

Maybe if we ask nicely, we could display their tiles in here?

That's a nice idea! I wonder if we couldn't do the display ourselves with some style.json work of the current tiles? We do have all the information on the edges & nodes right?

We don't currently store level information on the node, it's only on the edge. That would be a nice idea! But having a level-aware base map in addition to that would probably be necessary to make sense of the route.
