hello, currently we have pushed some code to origin upsream, but it depends their merge

for torch:

• fix(dtensor): fix dtensor expand_as pytorch/pytorch#122486 expand_as
• support wrapper tensor to shard local_tensor storage pytorch/pytorch#116757 support dtensor local storage

for torchdistx:

• support torch 2.1 dtensor pytorch/torchdistx#82
