Discuss how aria-description, aria-describedby, and related host language features should be exposed, and what spec they land in
@jcsteh and I had a thread arise in web-platform-tests/wpt#59685 that is worth discussing in a breakout meeting or the monthly.
Effectively, in the property bag, would we want to expose the concept of API "extended description" and "the element that provides the description" as individual properties or combined? What other host language features feed into it, and should that affect the naming?
