first of all: this is an incredibly cool project and I think it will make Woodpecker-CI generally much more useful!
I'd like to use this autoscaler in a private Openstack cloud.
Since the project is implemented in Rust, I probably won't be able to quickly put together a PR for this provider, but I found this Rust library for talking to the Openstack API: https://lib.rs/crates/openstack
